Hi, usually when processing date appears that means background checks have either started or probably your paper file convinces them enough not to go in deep verifications...so it may take 3-6 months for medicals in first scenario or sooner in second scenario - thats what i have observed...Qorax can comment on this to validate - when did you submit complete documents and which is ur VO?
Hi Haral, thank u 4 reply. My application package reached CIO on 12 May 2011. On June 28 CIO eligibility review completed, got PER. The next thing was that short interview and status change to 'in process'. My VO is Ankara. as i wrote previously the e-cas says; 'Your application was reviewed and we started processing on September 22, 2011' My concern is if eligibility& background checks are all done, if i can feel confident about success. Medical checks and visa issue etc seem to be nothing more than a matter of time. please let me now your opinion re my chances. Thanx in advance. |

Dear Qorax,
I received my caipsnotes today and the now i can see SELDEC is 04
and VO wrote comments like PA has met all the criteria, interview has been waived
selection decision is positive, ask for updated forms, MEDS and RPRF (this was in July)
and in July I got request for additonal docs, but never got with them MR or RPRF
Also my BFD is in NOV.
Q: why did i not received MR & RPRF with the request
Q: shall I expect MR in Nov - my next BFD?

Hi everybody,
I am fairly new to this forum and was wondering if anybody has information on US Police Certificates. I will send my fingerprints tomorrow, 30th September to the FBI in the US and would like to know if anybody has experience on how long it might take to get my certificate? I would like to apply as soon as possible but I am afraid that I have to wait a long time until I get my police certificate from the US.

please comments how much time VO takes to send MR remember i sent add doc Updated doc (PCC + updated forms) in june

Hi, It took me complete 3 weeks the whole process it should be much longer, as long as the finger prints are readable cheerz |

Your 'initial eligibility checks' have been done... u r most likely to have passed that... meaning: u r safe with your points. However, your b/ground checks r 'on'... not completed. Qorax |

security check will done later, mostly after medical exam before issueing your visa (depend on VO). your this line on e-case that clearly mentioned still in process and B/G check "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 4, 2011."OMM |

Thank you for this information. So it was three weeks from the time they received your fingerprints when you got your police certificate back? That is really fast! This gives me hope. I was worried I would have to wait 8 weeks or longer to get the certificate! Many thanks, Michaela |
