i have attended university after finishing high school for 2-3 years but never completed my degree, then 6 years later i got a degree from another university. so in personal history of background declaration do i mention the couple of years of uni that i never completed or do i just put unemployed?

Mention the truth. There is nothing wrong in not completing a degree. Even Bill Gates didn't complete his degree.

i don't think there's anything wrong with it i just thought it might be irrelevant since it will not count as education points thats all. i took your advice though and put it the form Smiley)

In background declaration, they want to know where you were, for security clearance purposes. That has nothing to do with points. Smiley
