backgroud declaration question 12 -membership with organizations

i a filling the background declaration form. The question 12 asks about the membership with organisation. I have mentioned about my regulatory council name and professional associations name with a photocopy of the certificate.
I am not sure whether to put a notarize copy or photocopy is enough? Please advise....

Photocopy is enough.
You can provide further information related to this if the visa office request for it. Otherwise nothing to do.

Better to notarise the copies. You would have eliminated the need for CHC requesting for same, should it be needed thus removing delays.
