Hi,
First of all thanks for taking time and reading.
We recently completed our landing as PR and returened to UK after couple of weeks. question is
if we have a new baby  born in UK and later when we move to Canada how would the baby go with us (witout PRCard)?
thanx again

If the baby is born in the UK , i don't believe the baby has automatic rights for PR. You would need to sponsor the baby under the Family class category and it may take time

The journey to a Canadian PR begins with a very very long wait

The baby will not automatically get PR status if he/she was born outside of Canada. But if he/she will be born in Canada then the baby will automatically be a Canadian citizen.

So my best advice for you would be to plan the delivery in Canada.

thanx for info. problem is my wife has to finish her stuides in 2 years time which mean we have no choice but to stay in UK.
I know that baby born in canada will be canadian, and
that one need to sponsor family member from within canada but problem is, how can we leave new born here and sponsor him/her from inside canada.
I am sure there would be a procedure for such cases.

I am not sure how it works, but if you need to sponsor from inside canada then maybe you can go and apply for ur kid, whereas ur wife and baby stay  where they are.... if possible!!
Hope things work out for u...

Hey i just received my passport with the visa and there is an instruction list with that in which it is stated that if you have baby in canada then its good, but if you have baby outside then there will be a need of new application, and new fees for all family members..... hope that helps!!

??
I am not an expert but I can feel there is a fair procedure for thsi situation.
Why don't you contact your respective VO (LONDON). I am sure they will guide you in such a way that you can land with your wife and child.
