Dear All
At the time of landing do we have to fill the form B4a Form which titled "personal affects accounding document" isnt it ?

Yes, if you have lot of personal stuff with you.
If you have personal effects shipped separately you have to prepare B4 forms (2 copies) for "Goods to follow" and need to get it stamped by CBSA while landing at POE.
