When i landed in canada, i did not fill any b4 or b4a forms, i did not know about such a thing. can anyone advise me if i can do it afterwards when i return to canada in a years time?. please adivse what are my opinions.

Too late, but since you are sponsoring your spouse, she can complete the B4 when she lands.
