B4 and B4A form. Need Help

Guys, please confrim which one is to be filled for goods accompanying and which one is to be filled for goods to follow. Still not sure

Guys, please confrim which one is to be filled for goods accompanying and which one is to be filled for goods to follow. Still not sure

1.  One B4 for goods to follow and one for goods accompanying.  The B4a is just a continuation of of B4.
2.  If you look at the B4 real close, you will see a Check box "Goods to Follow" yes or no.  So check Yes for the B4 for GTF and No For the Goods accompanying list.
