Awaiting response to a TRV application for 24 days

My husband applied for a TRV in Kingston Jamaica on the 16th of February. We were told it takes 10 to 15 days to receive an answer. we are March 11th and still no answer. Is this normal? Can they have lost or forgotten his application?

hello. we applied Jan 20th and recieved a call March 8th  that further information was necessary (criminal check) and submitted in person mARCH 22 to date no further word or any communications. I told my fiancee he should try and reach someone and check that all his information has been recieved - in case this was misplaced. As they certainly are not going to call and tell him we are still awaiting your info. as they don't even reply to  email from what I gather on this forum but we are going on week 15 (day 75)  and each new week brings continued hope that this will be the week...
