Avoid the worst airline I have ever seen 'AliItalia'

Dear brothers;

I have done my landing in Toronto, and Alhamdullelah it is ok, I am a residant in KSA-Riyadh. My trip was from Amman(Jordan) to Toronto (Canada) connection in Italy.

My big advice from the heart, avoid travelling on AliItalia airline, I swear that this is the worst airlines I've ever ever seen, specially if you're muslin with your wife wearing headscarf (I am so proud to be muslim ), In Canada I didn't feel or had such dealing.

The crew (who serve you) was so racial, but they don't show it to you directly. My connection flight was at Rome, Fiumicino airport, and the people there are really so racial.

At that time, I realized the saying “Fascism in Italy and Nazism in Germany “ after my personal experience.

I landed for just a few days in Totonto, I booked a hotel using booking.com, it was Hiltaon Garden Inn hotel, 15-20 minutes away from the YYZ airport. The hotel is in Missussage area, some of my advices:

[1] Avoid AliItalia airline
[2] No need to wory even if you don't know any one there, make sure the hotel is good and near the airport.
[3] Use Weekly/Monthly bus ticket accroding to your stay , I bought two tickets ~ 28 $CAD for me and my wife, kids below 3 years are free.
[4] SIN number took just an hour for me and my wife at the office of ServiceCanada near Dixe road.
[5] Take car from taxi driver who took you from the air port to the hotel, I paid 42$CAD from the airport to the hotel and it was only 26$ the way back when I returned, simply because I told him that this was the first time to visit Canada (he told me he is from SirLanka). My advice is to tell them you have been in Canada in another provinance and not new to Canada.

[6] No need to rent a car the bus network is great and you can go where ever you want.

ALitalia is nice as per my travel and I stayed to italy near to 6years, but now a days since last some years they stop some international flights, for example they had direct flight before Milano (MXP) to Delhi, Milano (MXP) to Mumbai, even somany asian countries, Alitalia strugling lots, but it's nice airlines, I travel lots during my stay in italy. sometime you will get bad experience even in KLM, Air India, British Air etc.

Please explain the offense which happened to you with Alitalia,, maybe you didnt follow the regulations,did something wrong,or were rude to them. You cannot give generalizations from your personal experience!!!

You Don't like AlItalia (your spelling is Wrong its AlItalia (to the Italy) not AliItalia (its not Ali than its Al than italia (original name in italian language italy called ITALIA so its AlItalia)).
It's nice airlines , I travelled 2 times with ALITALIA, on-time, no problem in connections , no problem with staff, Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino (Airport) Aeroporto is nice airport, I love Citta di ROMA and Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Aeroporto (they wrote in italian when you arrive/departure at ROMA Airport ROMA is Rome, in ITAIAN Rome city called ROMA like Indian girl name).
May be this guy do unfair something with crew members, you know some smart peeople don't tell you everything, they just share that they don't like this and that... but truth is ALITALIA is wowww nice airlines  in EUROPE.

Anyway why don't you complaint to the staff, whats the problems you faced? If its major problem you can contact airport authorities or captain of the board plane.
