i sent an inquiry to CHC on islamabad-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca two times today but neither time i received automatic generated acknowledgement email , what should i do now please advice

It might happen sometimes...You can try with the one for general inquiry as sometimes case specific inquiry (comes as a boxed form) might not get through or with no auto generated reply produced

Ok. then better wait for a week or so and try again. But probably query mail (on subject or issue falls within normal processing time range) not always being responded and now a days many subjected to have similar experiences...
