Authorizing letter ,To whom submit his PP to London V.O with friend and from KSA

Hi all

I`m waiting for PPR

put the situation in YEMEN (my country ) is not stable

the courier service (DHL , FEDEX , ARAMEX ) from Yemen to U.K is still blocked .

so , I want to be prepared for PPR .

I will send my PP , photos and the regular doc. requested with PPR with my brother in law to KSA , and from there he will send it to one of my friends in U.K

so my questions are

1- is sending PP from KSA to persons in U.K  (NOT to  Canadian high commission) legal and allowed (I`m not resident in KSA )?
2- can any one give me form for authorizing letter to receive the PP?

I never saw any  authorization letter as you mentioned. For some countries it is illegal to send the passport out of the resident country by mail, courier or through other person. If you wish to send your passport to KSA,  you may make your own authorization to the concerned at your own responsibility.

 According to the current situation in Yemen learned from the media, there is always a risk for sending the passport out of that country. However, you could get some more suggestions from others.
