Hi sharryjohn,
We also applied for 3152 Registered Nurse Canada immigration of 15th of August 2011 and still didn't get any response.
From some forums, i came to know that it was already reached CAP before august 1st. So once you have any information, can you share with me?

yea sure will put the information if anything comes on my side...yes i have seen those forums also presenting the reached cap information ,but we cant say anything unless we receive something from CIC....keep on praying.....thats all we can do now... |

im also noc 3152 applicant. i sent an email to cic on Nov. 15, 2011 to check the status of my application. they will respond after 20 working days. if the application package of august applicants were all returned thats the only time we'll know that we didnt make it. otherwise, u will not know it unless u send them an inquiry. so to all august noc 3152 applicants, please send them an email to know the status of ur application so we'll know if our apps. were returned or not. I have sent my documents on Aug 9th
They received the documents on 19th Aug NOC code 3113
I got an email yesterday stating
"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 2011.
Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing"
Does that mean that i am already selected based on my points?
So what has to happen next ( I have sent all my documents with the application)
Please help me to understand thye process .Thanks you

congrats to all the august applicants who have got cc/dd encashed or recieved their PER and wish luck to those who are waiting for the positive news from CIC.
I want to start sharing here the ECAS status of all the august applicants so we may know the progress made on our applications and if the ECAS timeline is varying from applicant to applicant and VO to VO.
Plz share ur experiences.
my ECAS showed In Process right after i got my PER on the 16th of November 2011 and the address appeared after three days.
