emrn parehas tayo ng nararamdaman  as in pati sa work ko d ako makaconcentrate minsan 2 oras lng tulog ko:( talgang mahirap ung ganitong sitwasyon....lalo na tayo 2011 p un application ntin pero mataas parin ung paniniwala k n maibibigay ung mga visa.....  |

Ako din mataas pa din paniniwala ko na maibibigay ung visa. Gusto ko na masimulan ang buhay namin. |

I just got a letter from the Canadian embassy, this is what it says:
Based on the information provided in your application, I am not satisfied that you have established that you and your sponsor are conjugal partners. A conjugal relationship is defined in the immigration policy manuals as a "marriage-like" relationship.
Specifically, it does not appear that the characteristics of a married or common-law relationship, such as (but not limited to) joing financial arrangements, joint property holdings, and evidence that the relationship is long term and physically, emotionally, financially and socially interdependent.
However before a final decision is made regarding your application this letter is being sent to you to provide you an opportunity to respond to this concern by way of written submissions. Please be aware that the onus is on you to satisfy a visa officer that you must meet the requirements of the Immigration and refugee protection act and regulations.
Any additional information you would like the officer to consider must be received by our office within 45 days of the date of this letter.
Di ko magets ano pa ba gusto nila lahat lahat na sinubmit ko joint account, proof ng extension ng cc ko hubby ko, beneficiary ako ng insurance nya, western union receipts. Itinerary forms ng mga travels namin.

Hi po sorry to hear this. Nag.order po kayo ng CAIPS dati di ba? Wala po bang indication don that your VO was still in doubt sa relationship ninyo?Coz Im about to get one today. If you dont mind me asking ilang beses na po nakavisit hubby ninyo sa Pinas?...Ang sad naman nito pinaabot pa ganito katagal....Anyways, alam ni Lord kung ano makakabuti para sa inyo ng hubby mo.Don't lose hope saka give your best to respond this letter.This too shall pass.God bless us! |

I understand your feelings now sobrang lungkot nito.Sana lang naman di nila gagawin sa iba to sana inform nila agad ang applicant kung may mga doubts sila to address it ASAP.Buhay kaya natin ito.. Sige lang sis tuloy parin ang laban,kayanin nyo yan.Panindigan nyo saka if may time hubby mo visit sya dito at least mababawasan ng kunti doubts nI VO.Be strong sis..ako man din natatakot din sa ganitong mga resulta.Naiiyak din kasi naman di biro mga pag.aantay natin..Wish u well soon..Be strong po. |

Baka mahirap lang tagala iprove dito sa Pinas ang conjugal partnership sis kaya ganun.Seguro if u guys live together for at least a year maybe malaki ang chance.Consult an immigration lawyer sis na may mas malawak kaalaman tungkol dito. |

May news kana ermn.. grabe naman nila expire talaga ang medical binigay ang request nila..How did u get the letter courrier ba?? Baka ako expect naman ako baka sa expiration ng medicals ko may letter..Wala ako masabi sa letter sorry kinabahan din ako sa application ko.. |

Snail mail lang sis madaya nga sila isipin mo they wrote the letter July 19, 2012. Pinadala nila sa post office July 24 so antagal natulog sa CEM yung letter habang nagbibilang na ng araw buti na lang taga makati lang din ako at iisa lang ang post office namin that's why I got it right away. |

ganun ah salamat sis... nagdeliver si mang postman kanina sa area namin tinanong ko if meron ako letter sabi nya wala daw.. kinukulit ko sya every week eh...baka may interview..kasi ibinilin kona contact number ko sa kanya.. |

Sis,matanong ko lang, ilang years na ba kayo sa conjugal relationship? Naisip ko kasi baka dahil twice pa lang kayo nagkikita and even though weeks naglast yung visit nya sayo, baka nakulangan pa rin ung CEM. Baka gusto nila, more proofs like travels together or visits nya..Visit during holidays..etc...may times kasi na hindi maintindihan ng CEM na mahirap naman lageng bumisita sa pinas, pamasahe pa lang di ba ang mahal na... |
