good day peepz, i have a question, in the Appendix A i submitted last week...I only write my name as the principal applicant but did not write my spouse name on the next column, i leave the spouse column blank...sa Appendix A name and information ko lang ang nilagay ko...i was thinking not to include my husband because he is not my dependant and we dont have kids as well....huhuhu....anybody who commit the mistake that i had committed??? what to do ??...is it really necessry to include your sponsor spouse on the Appendix A that the VO had attached... Lord, have mercy!..

it worries me kac i leave the spouse blank..it states in the form to complete the information of YOU AND ALL YOUR DEPENDANTS, whether accompanying or not...was thinking i had no dependants nor i consider my sponsor spouse as my dependants because he is the one financially supporting me that's why i leave it blank, only my name is shown on the form...but reading on applicants, they include their sponsor spouse.and now m really worried, and i don't know what to do now..don't want it to be the cause of delay for my papers kc our wedding annversary is fast approaching...Lord have mercy..hope visa office is not as strict on this simple mistake.... m thinking of sending another appendix A to the embassy and with a letter of explaination attached to it...hope those who encounter the same problem m facing now can enlighten me a bit...m sick with worries...  .. |

I have a question, the VO send me an Appendix A that states " to complete information for YOU AND ALL YOUR DEPENDANTS, whether accompanying or not". My question is, do you include your sponsor spouse on this form??.. i had send mine already but leave the spouse column as blank since in my thinking my husband is not my dependent...hope somebody can enlighten me?
if ever, i should have include my sponsor spouse in the form, can i send another appendix A to the VO and attached a letter of explaination? will it not create a problem for me f I do so??..i really need advise right now, don't want to be the cause of delay for my application since our wedding anniversary is fast approaching...thank you for your advises! it be of great help..

I still have not received a sponsor approval letter. And nothing received by my husband.

I think my VO are quite annoyed by me asking where mine is  ) So they replied today to say the app was finally received and that they will send me an official email. I'm just glad to know it's there! I'm sure your interview will go well, and hopefully they'll be able to give you an answer while you're there! |

No, there was no PPR but an interview request. In Ankara they sometimes stamp your passport later that day. He has to go in at 9am. I know in India they ask for the passport before processing starts.
