I too am confused about the " medical results have been recieved" I'm under the impression that is a good sign. Or is it an error? wouldnt "medical results have been recieved" be a good indication that your file is at the appropriate VO office and file is in process?

I'm confused too now  Embarrassed

Oh and I got my approval letter in the mail today, just when I gave up on recieving one! We were approved on October 20th!

lol. i agree.. ECAS is notorious in doing these kinda stuff but it just makes our life miserable....i wish there a standard practice that they would follow all the time to make things more reliable and less painful..

 @ Suki.. ya i heard the same but there is noway my file is received at VO yet since it was approved two days ago..... unless...ND entered that into system after receiving medicals....

No news yet didint call but went to mp office today they said there going to call and see what's going on with the application

Two days after getting approval we can finally access eCas. No extra news in there, everyone else seems to say Medicals Received, but ours just says application received on 31 August, and nothing to indicate the date the PR app was transferred. I guess I'm just impatient, wish everybodies apps all followed the same process.

Anybody know how long I have to wait to see my wife again im starting to get really impatient still havint go approval mp said we will find out everything about the file and if there is any other info your missing I've been waiting since aug 2 allmost 6 months and nothing depressed

just stay calm and call them again early next week.......no need to panic...you have done your part by sending ur file again.......hopefully u will hear good news soon....

 @ easykiwi,
i guess your doesn't say approve on ecas either.....their system works mysterious way so i will give them sometime to update....

k also if I sent my application aug 2 they got it aug 4 when can anyone give me an idea of when her visa will come just an idea.. Her file is going threw Syria Damascus

Hey Ayad here is more proof that u won't have to wait that was someone else timeline for a return app

We received your application to sponsor ? on December 20, 2010.
 
We started processing your application on January 19, 2011.
 
We returned your application with a letter on January 19, 2011. You may re-apply or resubmit your application when the information requested is provided. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
We received the application that you resubmitted on February 25, 2011.
 
We sent you a letter on March 7, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

no Feb 25 to Mar 7 so 11 days so u are still within normal return app guideline just call monday who knows maybe by then u will hear the magic words

Hi guys,

Just called CIC this afternoon the agent I talked to told me that they sent me a mail or email but then she doesn't know what the mail is about. Have anyone experienced this? Should they know if it's approved or not? I'm thinking it's neither maybe request for more docs?

Let knows know what you think or if I've experienced ths already. Thank you!
