You mentioned having to wait the 3 months again, did you have missing information or was the whole application package sent back to you? Just curious because we have some missing information and really hoping it doesn't take that long again for approval. I hope it doesn't take too much longer for you and you hear some good news soon too

I think your best bet is to call them and explain your situation. As senior members have suggested, you might get a right answer depending on the call center person. So call them and fight for your rights.....you have already waited once and they should take your case rightaway....

Thanks for the number called and my file isn't on the system yet. I did however get confirmation on my girls citizenship certificates and they were sent to London Oct 20. At least something moved forward! Just waiting now. Really, I just want to know if they got the package!!!

Does anyone know if New Delhi office sends AOR after receiving file from Mississauga? I have seen posts from other VOs writing about AOR. Lets hope sauga office didn't cheap out on courier.

We sent in the completed forms, such as all documents, boarding passes, receipts, lots of pictures from wedding and ceremony, letters from family, the total payment of fees, gift receipts etc.. the list goes on. We are not sure what we may have missed. Is there anyone that has gone through this and what their experience was like and if we have to go through another 3 months of hell!!

Any thoughts on this would be great!!

You will not have to wait once they return the package just fill out what they ask and then resend to the specific place they ask you to send it to

The call center may not have information on your filw as they have info once its put on the system so sometimes you would see where they say they dont know its because the truly dont know but nope u wont have to re wait.

Thank you for your reply, they just mentioned some missing information, I hope they are not sending the whole package, they said just a letter was sent to us on Monday after they opened our file. But thanks that makes us feel so much better. In that case if everything else is fine, do you know then how long it will take to get an answer after sending it back to them?

when Missisauga returned the whole application to us, they did mention why they cannot continue processing and they need the specific info so they can re-process it again..then we sent that back with the info they need. and they actually gave us a due date to send it back to them. we sent it back to them before the time due and i thought we have to wait from the very start again but we didn't wait that long and we got the acknowledgement letter stating my sponsor was approved..So i'm wondering why they have to say you have to wait for another mos? did they actually sent you a letter why thay have to return your app? otherwise, that is sounds strange to me....

When you say "you lost it, got pissed off", was this something that you had said over the phone to the agent?

Ya I got the package with everything in it and tr letter was on top of the files the person was reviewing and I was missing 0008 file and yes it said due date and sent it to 6100 something I fixed it up and resent it
