I know we aren't quite there but I have my medical on Tuesday then my file will be complete.
Fingers croessed will be sending on August 3rd.
Just wondering if there are any other people ready to send off in August.
Im gonna get the spread sheet started with names and VOs then we can add the date as we go

I need help and advice. I called CIC several times already ... its now October 29 and they are now processing application received August 15. The customer support said that they cannot see anything in the system yet. I don't know what is happening to my application ...

Is there anyone with the same problem as mine? Can anyone help me and give me advice.
It has been a very stressful 2 weeks now.

How did you send you application? was it regular Canada post or by courier ? And on which address ?

Do you have a tracking number of your application that you mailed ? If yes, let the CIC agent know that you have the tracking number and the application was received on xyz date by cpc-M. If you sent it by courier then you are in a better shape as it will have a name of the person who accepted the application. Don't worry if not.

Keep calling CPC M.

In the worst case if the application has been lost somewhere ( chances are rare though), you might need to resend it. I know its painful. Just keep faith and try calling them again and get information.

I sent it via Canadapost (express post). Yes, I have a tracking number and I gave it to the CIC agent already.

That is my fear that my application got lost ... this will be very difficult for us. All original docs are in that application ... this is really hard and stressful ... We have waited for almost 3 months already and this is what is happening now ... I'm so depressed right now.

CIC should change their policy and start providing acknowledgement letter so that this will never happen to people like me ... Acknowledgement letter provides assurance that they have your application ... which gives peace of mind to the applicants ...

All our original documents are there .. also the effort of getting the requirements again

Yes it's very soon. On the website they say they are working on 15th August applications, probably by next week or so you will hear something from them! Hang on in there.

wow i hope its not lost.. ive been waiting since aug 4th too and i got my sent back to me cuz me and my cuzin for the 0008 paper whatever but i sent it back the next day and it arrived there friday so i hope to hear something soon... hey when they say they have recieved my wifes medical papers does that mean its good to go cuz i know it expires after 6months..??

meds expire 1 year after they were done same as police check the only thing when ur application is received the police check cannot be done over 3 mths before app received date but its still valid for 1 yr

meds receive is normally an indication that your VO has recieved your application but since you have to send ur package back to cpc-m not sure how eCas is saying that if its eCas u got that info from

Anyone who has their application received by CPC-M on August 4, 2011 and have used Canadapost (expresspost)...

Can I know what is the "delivery time stamped" in your tracking info?

I'm just trying to investigate what had happened to my application ...

The delivery time stamped for my package was 8:28AM ... I'm just speculating that its to early for the post office to be open at that time and so I'm speculating that the mailman might have just left my package in front of the door ... Do you think this can happen?
