Hi... yes its better as a soul...As soul won't need to apply for immigration and doesn't need visa to cross the borders too..  I have posted details on that forum |

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be advised that your
application was returned with all
attachments on 27 Oct 2011 as the
cap of NOC 3152 has been reached.
Please note: all returned applications
are sent via regular mail to the
mailing address as entered on the
application form. There is no
tracking number. Once the
application is mailed, its delivery is
the responsibility of the postal
service.

Hi all,
I sent an e-mail to CIC on NOV. 27 inquiring about my case, I got a reply on Dec.13 that my application was returned back to me on Nov.23 due to cap reached... i resent an e-mail asking about the mailing service company they used to send me my application back and didn't get any reply, it's been almost a month since they sent my app. it should have been delivered!!
anybody knows the mail company, DHL, EXPRESS... or others ...

I got a mail to my personal address thru post from DEL....payment receipt is there and motivate us to go thru some sites to know abt canada /jobs n bla bla .....nothing more |
