Hi.
If you have applied for CSQ plz reply to following questions:

1)Can I apply for CSQ without language certificate and submit the certificate when they call me for interview?
2)How long after submitting the application you get interview call?
3)Confirm: CSQ fee is 390CAD only for principal applicant and I should send documents to
HongKong office

yes , you can apply without having language certificate but you must show it it interview. Generally in nepal it takes 6 month for getting file number and 18 month for interview.

Hi Satya,

If you check carefully the Quebec Immigration site, the correct Immigration office for India is still Damascus not Hong Kong.

They asked a lot of questions about my work and education. Also was interested how, where and why I am learning french. Most of the questions were in French.
