Attestation of Xerox copies

Hi,

Can anyone tell about attesting of xerox copies, do I have to notarize with a red stamp and get attested or do I have to stick a red seal. The red seal for each document is costing Rs.40/- whereas red stamp with attestation is Rs.10/- in Mumbai.

I had been to the court for the same and approached the notarizing agents they have different opinions.

Can somebody explain.

I suggest you to notariez all documents completely as per Notary and CIC manuals, its cheap RS.40 and RS.10. we are paying here in the USA min USD$10/one singnature of notary (rate depend on state and city , some area notary charged USD$5 to USD$20 per signature).
