please  now my visa office ask me to fill the second page of the generic application imm 0008 and additional family application so as to add my newborn to the file the question now what application should i fill the old form or the new updated one please answer me

what does this mean?  that we should use new forms but follow old system of additional documents?

Hi forax,

  There is a new checklist and it seems the there is no Visa Office checklist anymore but all documentation is compressed on the CIO Checklist...however you can still use the old forms, but the will not accept old forms starting November..It is best to use the NEW FORMS if you haven't sent your application yet..

  You can stil use the old forms in sending to your Visa Office
