I HAVE A QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CATEGORY, "AT LEAST ONE YEAR WORK EXPERIENCE", DOES IT INCLUDE CO-OP?

No it doesnot include co-op,it has to be 1 year on h1b as far as I know .You can call them up for more info.

I have one year experience on my OPT (F1 Visa) and now i am on H1B. They accepted my experience. My pre-assesment is approved. Email them and ask ab your case.
