Hi,

Can a person show his value for house and other items such as land for assets in the imm0008 form for the economic stability?

Can he show the bank statement and other similar assets  which are under his wifes name?

Land Proof of fund varies from Visa Office to Visa Office and your country of Origin...Some except, some dont.

Anything is the name of wife, and if she is accompanying you to Canada and is included in the Application, is fine.

Dear dynfyn,

I have read about 2 people in this forum itself (Bufffalo VO) who have shown their land valuation for POF and were through.

But then it differs from VO to VO. Its better not to take a chance and provide a Bank Certificate (every bank has a format to provide this) and fixed deposits.

Yes you must show all your assets....movable or immovable....in the Generic Form. And please include your spouses' too.
