asking regarding my application for Permanent residence ( Canada )

I filed my application and Submitted to Central Intake Office March 2010
I received an AOR from CIO June 2010, my application is eligible for PR in canada and advise me the instruction to submit of documents 120 days period.
My application received by Visa Section-Manila Nov. 2010
I received letter from visa section after 2 weeks, in the letter they provide me Immigration file Number different from CIO. They Instructed me that my application before place IN-Process with average of 6 to 12 months processing, and they have instruction if 6 months from the date I received the letter and no instruction for my application, they advise me to direct to inform to them and I follow up my application thru drop box in the visa section office - manila, and up to now i'm waiting for any information or instruction from visa section. How long i will wait my application, what the next procedure ( from now i can wait for another one year regarding my application? )
