asking professional advice

:D Hi im francis, im in canada working as a live in caregiver. Im here in canada working for almost 1 year and 7 months.I had a problem regarding my back which started when i feel down from a ladder while working in my employeers house...the pain is not to much but i feel something is wrong with my back ever since....my question is....who would handle my medical expenses?will my medical condition if i really hurt my back be the ground that canadian government sent me home and deny me in my application for my landed immigrant?.......You know im nearing my 24th month and would be illegible soon to apply for landed immigrant.....im afraid to go to the dr because the canadian government might deny to give me extension for my working visa if there really is something wrong with my back....Im really looking forwaed to become an immigrant here and work hard to improve my life...thanks if you could help me with my questions.
