My uncle lives in USA. He want to apply for Canada FSW. He is working in New York and he lives in New Jersery. You are thinking that living and working cities are different. Yeah, you are right. He stayed for few days in New York then back to New Jersery.

And he wants to apply for PCC and he asked me but i am not sure what to do???

So please help out my dear uncle? where to get PCC? CIC immigration will have any problem with Which city of PCC required?

He will require FBI certificate for sure to represent his PCC from USA

He does not have to get PCC for NY or NJ...FBI cert is for the whole of USA....it does not matter which State in US...if required the VO might ask for individual State (very rare case) but for now it is only FBI. Check the link that I had provided. Currently it is taking 4-6 weeks to process a FBI certificate.
