Asking for website to check on processing time in Buffalo

Thank you Kaycee2 for replying. I have opened the website but  I am confused in what category do I belong if I will be  applying for PR in Buffalo?  I have posted below the applications for PR copied from the website.

Permanent Residence Applications

  16. Protected Persons and Convention Refugees (IMM 5205)
  17. Humanitarian and Compassionate Cases (IMM 5291)
  18. Live-in Caregiver (IMM 5290)
  19. Temporary Resident Permit Holder (IMM 5527)
  20. Spouse or Common-Law Partner Class (IMM 5289)

I have open work permit and have stayed in Canada legally for a year. Please enlighten me on this matter. Thanks
