Asking for job, same company, other country

I would kindly ask for advice or opinion. The situation is following: Want to immigrate to Canada. One of the options is by getting skilled immigrant visa. Without an arranged employment don't have enough points for doing that. As I am working for an international company (using their know-how) based also in Canada, I was thinking about sending them an e-mail asking about job opportunities in their company; are they willing to offer me any type of job how could I be able to get my visa. I am aware that nobody can know what will they say but.. What do you think the chances are? Are some companies willing to go through all this? What would be the best approach; how to ask them, how much to say? I don't want just to ask if they have some job for me, and then if they refuse me I lose all my chances. I would be grateful for any help.
