Asked my language proficiency, but I haven't taken IELTS yet, what should I say?

Hi everybody,
In schedule 3, it asks my proficiency in English (High, moderate...) but I haven't taken IELTS yet, so I don't know how I should say here.
Should I just estimate my proficiency?
