Asked for further documents, pls help

I applied for PR skill worker category in 2005. they asked me to submit update in june 2009.
again, after receving all documents, asking me to send the IMM0008 Form and schedule 1 form although
I sent them schedule 1 form with my updates documents. 

can anyone pls tell me witch one is Imm0008 form,

in their website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
I found two. shall I submit full application form again?

Hi Shaan2030,

I think its better if you post / write the exact description mentioned in the letter send to you by CIC. In my view you would need to submit the entire set again.

Its better you wait for some more responces from seniors.

There are only 2 types of the IMM0008 forms:
1)The application form 
2) The Background/Schedule

So, if they have not specified which one of them they want you to update, just do both of them and send them in.
Most likely it is the Background/Schedule, but in case of doubt, send in both.

which visa office u applied through??? I'm also 2005 applicant & mailed my updated document on july'09 to Singapore visa office...that time they also asked for updated schedule 1 form only & I sent them as per requirement...now from ur post I afraid they might ask the same to me...

I am a Bangladeshi citizen and applied in singapore visa office. they only asked for schedule1 form first time. but
as i am now residing in UK, may be for that reason they want me to update both form. have u got ur medical date?
