Read through and then download the "Instruction Guide" and the "Document Check List"...You must read through to have an understanding of the procedure and the documents needed to qualify for Canadian Immigration.

Then take this test (after reading Guide):
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assess/Education.asp
