Arriving in Canada with VISA passport

Can't the translation be done in Windsor. Lebanese embassy in Ottawa translate some but not all documents.

Thanks for the site, actually I am not sure  about that info, it is what that lady said , in the driving school, so I prefere asking the right person in the place where they do the driving license or the driving test

Thanks for the advice everyone. What you have confirmed is what we suspected; that the visa is temporary until we arrive in Canada, and there they will give him his PR card.
