arranged job!!!

I would like to know from you. I have received letter for the complete application for the FSW. But in the meantime I have got arranged work which is not similar from my job experience that I have included in my application. So could I use that arranged job in my application? How fast if I use arranged job for the process to get PR? The arranged job is from the 38 job list.

Should the arranged job similar to the worked experience which is already have?

Depending on how similar your experience is, there is a possibility that they refuse your AEO based on you not having proper education/experience.  If they accept, it should be very fast.
