Hi,

I'm a new member and I have a few questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

1. Regarding Arranged Employment Points when doing the self assessment test (case #2):

I was a degree student in Canada for 4 years and after graduation my wife begun her degree program and I was offered an open work permit. So, I got a job, and now, I've been working for over a year in a profession of my studies. If I'm right I should qualify for the 10 points, as my temporary work permit was exempted from the requirement of obtaining a labour opinion on the basis of having an open work permit as being a spouse of full-time student ? Is that correct ?  (also I meet point b,c & d).

2. Also, would it help greatly to get my company to apply for LMO, even thought the company will guarantee my job (in writhing) after receiving a PR status. Applying for LMO seems a bit a pain and I don't want to put my employer through it if it doesn't make a big difference.

3. Regarding Education/Qualifications paper submission :

I have a 2 year Diploma + 4 year degree . The guide say: “Certification of Completion and the graduation degree”. Does it mean, they need the original degree & diploma or I could I submit just a notarized copies of these documents ? (I know I also need sealed transcripts..)

Thanks very much for all the help !
