Dear Friends,

I have my job offer.

My employer is soon going to apply with HRSDC for my AEO. My NOC code is 0631 (Skill Type 0).

Like everyone here in this forum... I wish to get there as soon as possible.

I have been hearing different things from different people. My employer says it takes 4 months approx, Immigration agency says it takes 8-10 months Shocked ?

Previous posts in this forum display varying timelines for AEO answers from HRSDC.

I request all friends with recent AEO approval experience to share the general answer times from 2011.

Thanks.

It takes at least 6 months easily....

HI,

Does your E-Cas status shows 'In-Process" ?

if yes, since when ?

regards,

PM

One quick question? "In-Process" means?

Mine is showing "In-Process since March 2007".

Normally, E-Cas won't show any status till the file starts processing. Right? Correct me, If I am wrong.

Hey guys...

The lawyer that my employer is using to file my AEO with HRSDC is a certified lawyer by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Immigration law.

Does that anyhow help in a faster AEO approval....?

Hi Everyone,

My agent filed my application in Nov 2010 and in June he said that my employer got an inquiry and he submitted the papers that were asked by HRDC but I haven't heard anything till now and I asked my agent and he said that it will take time till October.

I am worried that is he telling me the truth or  has not even applied and just want my money. He has not given me any file number or anything and he just keep on telling me that it takes time. First he said that it will take 7-8 months now he is saying almost 1 year.

Please help me.

Thanks.
