I have worked with this employer on work permit for 1 year. He is willing to hire me full time and also file for an Arranged employment. While his company is more than three years old, he does not have any employees on record. I have the necessary qualifications and work experience with him to prove the case is valid.

Is it possible for me to apply for arranged employment and is it possible for us to prove to the authorities that the case is genuine?

No employees, no approval.
