Hi,
one of my friend is working full time permanent in a skill level C job with valid work permit. his job offer doesn't have a time limit.

he want's to know whether he can apply for immigration under arranged employment category with this skill level C job.

he knows that he can't claim 10 points for arranged employment. but he didn't find anywhere that the arranged employment can't be in skill level C and without claiming point he thinks he can apply for the immigration if he can manage 67 points without the 10 points. is that true?

seniors pls reply....

Did he get work-permit under HRSDC approval?

Since, you said, his work permit has not time limit so, it could be either due to spousal / common-law partner, off-campus work permit or due to refugee claim / protected person.

It is clearly mentioned on CIC website that the work experience has to be in skill type 0, A or B
