Louise-01

Hi,
Congratulation again, Cheesy
Please note that my AEO applied on Sept.2010, just I finished my week 25th.
I heard from my consultant that HRSDC just reached to August files. So, I think I need to wait another one month.
It will be appreciated if you can tell me, how long does it take the remaining process of our file, as you are our expert?
I mean, the full process in details!
From opening file in Canadian Embassy in Damascus, till the visa papers.

Thank you,

Hi Members,

I am not sure what I should be doing next. I will explain my situaiton.

I came to Canada in Dec 2010 on Study Permit, which is valid untill March 30, 2011. In June 2010, I recieved my Off-Campus and Co-op Work Permit. I started my co-op in Sept 2010 and in 1st Week of February, my employer offered a Full Time Employment. I had given my Genneral Training for IELTS in Dec 2010 and have the TRF. I have applied for my Graduate Work Permit in 1st week of January, 2011.

I wish to apply for PR under FSW under Arranged Employment. My current role is NOC 6435-C. I have over 9years of experience in India under NOC 1122, as this category has reached it's cap.

I had called CIC Call Centre in Dec 2010, and they suggested that I should apply straight away as I meet all the requirements. But, now while I am filling forms, under Schedule 3 IMM 0008, it asks for if employment is approved by HRSDC. I am not sure what would that mean in my situation. So I called again the CIC Call Centre, and this time, the agent said, they do not handle form related queries. I have been to Service Canada, and CIC office in my city, and both the officials had a good look through my papers, and were satisfied, and siggested that I am good to go ahead, and should just apply, as early I wish to.

What is stopping me right now is this Schedule 3 IMM 0008 form. Which I am not sure of, should I tick Yes or No. I have the job offer and I am working with the same employer for last 4 months on my co-op.

Help will be really appreciated.

Regards,
Shiv

Addition to my above information.

The 9 years of experience is primarily under 0112 NOC.

Hi shivpal,,

You should ask your employer, who has given you Job Offer, whether he had got the Job Offer approved from HRSDC?  No other person can given an answer to the query about HRSDC.  If he says yes, you write Yes otherwise write 'No'.  This is what I have understood from your above story.  As per rules, Job Offer or AEO must be approved by HRSDC and your employer has to apply to HRSDC for getting the Job Offer approved.

Good Luck.

Hi Charninder,

Thanks for your reply. What happens if I have "NO" but attached the offer letter, job description, initial offer letter when I started co-op, and weekly schedule's for shift? Does it impact my application?

Shiv

If you are on Work Permit, and if you employer is ready to give you a letter stating that "we will employ this person indefinitely if he/she obtains a PR" then you do not need HRSDC approval.

Send all the docs with your WP copy and you are done.

are u sure Mcboy
like in my case i am full time student ,and working part time in a hotel as part time job.
they can offer me a full time permanent job.
so for that i need to fill in the AEO from my employer n they gonna approve it from HRSDC ?
or
just the letter from my company that they will employ me full time permanent will make me eligible for the FSW2.
thanks
