Yes it will be if u have contract for that employment
Read this:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-employment.asp
this process is faster then FSW1

Good luck,
Chami

i think job offer is stronger then your experience, so don't worry, just strengthen your case with NOC u qualify for and don't worry, evrthng will be fine. lots of ppl desire to get a job offer which u have...  btw, here is the useful link: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/arranged-employment-opinion-2010-t47273.0.html

Hello Chami

Do you remember me? it has been a while. It seems that we have the same NOC and similar timelines.
I sent my full documents on the 15th of June and got my second AOR on the 18th of August and hopefully waiting for medical request(if everything goes right).
I wish you the best of luck Chami because you deserve it and hope all your dreams come true.
Do you think it is normal that we have not heard anything from the VO till now?

Hi KITTI,

of course i remember you.... was looking for you here: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/current-processing-time-for-an-aor-from-sydneyns-cio-office-t41907.0.html;msg466900#msg466900 after long time though....
thk u for sincere wishes, same to u and all other members here.
i guess it's pretty normal for Moscow VO (what is your VO) a friend of mine submitted full docs a month earlier than me to MOscow and still nothing have heard from them yet.
hope for good and just wait along with prayers.

All the best,
Chami
