arrange documents to be picked up by courier

hi every one , i was asked by the visa office to pick up documents from them by courier company. i dont know how this works since i live in a defferant country than the visa office. what should i tell the courier company ?

You can ask the courier company to pick up your documents from the embassy  and deliver to you on "To pay at destination by receiver" scheme. There are courier companies usually dealing with any  visa office. Once you agree with the company you can send fax to them authorising  to pick up your documents from embassy.  For this matter you have to find out the courier company  at your area and discuss with them to make a deal.
