If you applied in Buffalo, where you requested to take the english test? im trying to find out if there is someone out there that did not have to take the test... thank you

Thanks for your reply to my previous message.  I am from a non English speaking country and regardless of having the Bachelors' and a Masters' in progress was required to take IELTS.

thats freaking gay, where did you get ur degrees form? I have lived in the US since i was 15 and i am not in the mood to take that test, but  i guess i have to

I have lived in US since I was 17 and still was asked to take it.  My degrees are from University of Texas at Austin.  Great university but I still remain a non native speaker so I had to take it. As a matter of fact, I am currently waiting on the results.
