Clearly, the rules will change at some point. It is obvious that "the list" will have to change -- otherwise Canada will be awash with financial managers. When will this occur? Nobody can know that right now. I would suggest that the biggest change might come with a reduction in the number of visas to be issued; especially due to the current economic crisis. But that's just my opinion. When governments are involved decisions don't have to make sense.

Yeah, if there is going to be a change, then there will be a reshuffle of the occupations listed in the NOC of 38 categories. But everything is mere speculation. Do let us know if anybody gets to know the latest regarding the change in rules. Regards, harryk.
