ARC processing time??

Hi guys,
Thanks for reading my post.
Does anyone know ARC processing time?? I applied to Buffalo in Jan 2009, showed in my last caips. Its said 2 to 6 months for processing on the Buffalo website. I haven't received anything yet. All my inquiring emails(3 since July to now) are replied with "thank you for your enquiry. Your message has been forwarded to the processing team who will look into it." But I never got any reply from the team. So I asked not to forward my email to team any more and if my case is still in process. The answer came as "Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete." I dont know if there is anything wrong with my case. Should I order an new caips? it would be the 3rd caips then.
Its said 2 to 6 months for processing ARC in Buffalo. I just dont know why it takes longer on my case...Can someone please help me out here? Thank you very much~~
