ARC Letter and Skilled Worker process.

Hi, I hope someone can give me advise for my question, I am from Mexico and I just got back from Canada, I was deported after a refuge process, I left when they told me to do it and I paid all the expenses. I want to apply for residence status as Skilled Worker. I want to know if I should send my ARC letter with the corresponding forms to apply as skilled worker. I want to make this process as fast as possible.
Please help!
