ARC fees paiment from other country or online...?

HI everyone,

I was asked to pay the ARC fee in my country in a specific bank institution or have it paid and send the certified check drawn on a Canadian bank.

I am in London right now. Can anyone tell me which UK Bank has an account of CIC please? Or better yet, is it possible to pay this fee online, and print out a proof of payment.

1.  You can't pay it on line.
2.  Go to just about any UK bank and tell them you want a Bankers Draft/Certified Check drawn on a Canadian bank.  Will take 2/3 days.
