April Applicant - AOR not yet received

I submitted my application last 1st week of April 2009 but still not received AOR from NS..My friends got their AOR after a month of filling..via airmail..I followed it up this January 2010 via FEDEX but still no reply even in emails..any one who has the same case like mine?
... Please Share.. thanks..
