I just got an email from Ottawa Pilot... I'm approved!! But I don't get why my AOR came from Mississauga but approval from Ottawa? So happy it only took a day, and here's hoping a speedy process for the rest of yous! I'm cheering for you all!

... husband rang CIC this morning. he was informed by a CIC rep that his sponsorship was approved july 3. letter was sent by mail but yet to be received.. and e-cas updated today (husband's details): -decision made under SPONSORSHIP application status -application/medicals received under PERMANENT RESIDENT application status congrats!!!! onto stage 2.......you might have your letter today but for sure next week!!!!!! great news for the weekend!  |

( you put june 5th on ur profile lol) Trying to make CIC think that your file should be at your VO right now after a months wait? I'm excited that you are receiving AOR's it's torture when you don't know where your file and if they are working on it! lol! I didn't even realize that I put June. Maybe they have opened all the first 10 days at the same time, and next monday everybody will get their approval at the same time! :-) then Sunshine will have a lot of work in updating the spreadsheet... at least that's what I'm hoping for! :-)

Congrats!! I thought all AOR say Mississauga and you don't know which office actually approved you until approval? Maybe not. But you definitely can't depend on the AOR for that info. |
