Hello, I have a quick question, I had my medical done on May 29th and the CIC website says it's valid for a year. If our wait for the visa time surpasses March 29th 2013, do we have to start the process over again or do I just get another medical? I know if the visa is issued BEFORE March 29th 2013, I must land in Canada before that date but what if the visa takes longer to be issued? What happens then? Thanks so much!  |

You don't have to start process again, they will ask you to redo the meds |

There is nothing to use unless you have an a UCI from a different application or get an AOR. |

Girzim, There's a new policy that allows the validity of the medical exam to be extended in most cases. Previously you might have had to redo the medicals. I just received my letter of approval from CPP-O . . The letter was dated June 22,2012 .
According to my ecas, they received my application last April 2,2012. . I think CPP-O are sending mails for April Applicants while CPC-M are working on May Apps. .

Yep FS. And it came from Ottawa, which is a great sign for a speedy approval process. The question is if they did send all of April Applicants to Ottawa. I will be waiting next week this time 93 days. Lets hope for more news.
