Thanks uccemebug! I actually started that thread; received a few responses but still hoping for more. Especially since most of the people who replied had already completed the process, I was hoping for updates from people still in the process (for the sake of current information and all). |

Just keeping track as everyone else does on this site. This site enables all to share their thoughts and feelings. True enough, especially for those living away from their spouse. For my part, the endless waiting is causing my wife to be unable to return to Japan to visit with family despite someone there being terminally ill. Kinda hard to arrange two week's travel when you're expecting a request for your passport. But I recognize that it's a small hardship compared to those who are living apart from their spouse. |
