Cases of April 2010 are to much late and no progress is seen.It is the news from my consultant that CIC will short the list of 38 categories within 15 days and i am of the fear that application of april may be returned which does not fall in the new list.Pls comment.
Dear Chander, No need of tension.If yuou have applied in April 2010,the CIC will only consider the situation when ur application is recieved by CIO.Dont worry about the list which is about to release. |

Thx for sharing this... mine was recieved by them on 16th april so that means i m still on line for another week or so.... Godd luck to everyone.
No haral, no another week, my application reached there on 9th April and still i didn't hear a single word from there.. letter is expected in another week but for those who's application reached there before or on 10th of april... for u I think u have 2 more weeks to go, but who knows ur response comes 1st..  .. |

Best of Luck to All of US Salam All , My Document received there at 6th April 2010 as confirmed by DHL to me , i made FDD from Dollar East and i dont know , it was charged or not . Can i confirm it from Dollar East ? |

hi my application was returned back.they made the objection that the main duties mentioned by me according to my occupation(1;e PHYSIOTHERAPIST) in Economic class form were insufficient they need detailed description.BUt it was tottally unexpected because as i already applied in last august 2009 with same duties i got d AOR at that time from CIC with no objection as i mentioned same duties at that tme also.then my case was refused from delhi because of inssufficient points in IELTS.SO HOW can they do so? Y they rejected the case wid same duties this time? can anybody explain? and plz guide me i m eresending my papers again with more detailed description of duties so should i need to send IELTS results also as i got my IELTS result card?
